Marinated salmon with vegetable salsa

Here's the perfect barbecue meal of the summer - grilled salmon with a fresh salsa.

  • 300 g salmon fillet, without skin and bones
  • 0.5 dl soybean oil
  • 0.3 pcs cucumber


  • 1 tomato
  • 0.5 pcs paprika, yellow
  • 0.3 pcs cucumber
  • 0.5 tablespoons parsley, fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Serve with

  • new potatoes


  • Cut salmon into serving pieces and place in a bowl.
  • Mix soybean oil and oyster sauce, pour over the salmon and leave for 2-3 hours.
  • Lightly dry the salmon with paper towels, and grill it for 1-2 minutes on each side.


  • Clean and cut the vegetables into small cubes, mix them with chopped parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and teriyaki sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Serve grilled salmon with salsa and new potatoes.
