Our salmon loins come from one of the most modern fish farms in the world from Norway. The process is mainly done by hand. This makes the salmon the best Norwegian quality. You will experience this in terms of texture, taste, and smell. Our salmon is perfect to eat raw as sashimi, sushi, carpaccio or tartare. Every meal made with our salmon will be a success.
The salmon fillet is clean of bones and skin. Individually vacuum packed for better preservation.
The loins come in different weights, so the kilo can vary from 950 grams to 1.2 kg. Customer pays pr.kilo
